Tristan Kenyon
Partner – Sydney
Tristan is a co-creator and partner of Showreels Australia. His passion as a director grew from his technical training in Visual Communication with a fine focus on Film and Television.
Tristan’s work as a Director, Editor and Cinematographer ranges from advertising and TVC through to educational and fictional drama. Working as a director for Sydney-based production companies has seen him shooting and directing campaigns for brands such as Sony, Foxtel Lifestyle, Cleo & Cosmo Magazine, Kleenex, Westpac and many more.
In 2006, Tristan directed the short feature, Persons of Interest, starring Yvonne Strahovski (NBC’s Chuck, Matching Jack, I Love Yout Too) and Matt Doran (Macbeth, Star Wars, The Matrix), an improvised writing collaboration with Paul Barry.
Tristan also directed short films Silent Screams (2005) and Turn Right (2009) (co-directed with Paul Barry) (Tropfest Top 60, Offical Selection Rhode Island International Film Festival and Dances with Films LA.) He has also directed Energy in Dance (2005) a short-form documentary and recently Without Fear (2011) as Showreels Australia’s first dedicated short film production.
In 2011, Tristan directed the official music video for progressive pop group Divine Knight’s ‘Storm’, a featured track on their debut album Midnight which has consistently been ranked in the top 10 on the Australian electronic music chart.
Tristan directed the play Saturday Night Newtown, Sunday Morning Erskineville (2011) written by Alex Broun performed at the Sidetrack Theatre and has has also worked as Assistant Director in theatre productions, Keeper (2008) and 52 Pickup (2007) at The Belvoir Downstairs Theatre.
Paul Barry
Partner - Sydney / LA

A graduate of NIDA, Paul’s acting credits include Underbelly III for Channel 9, Packed to the Rafters, All Saints and Home & Away for Channel 7, The Cut for the ABC and Small Claims 1, 2 & 3 for Channel 10.
Paul directed the half-hour film, Touched by Fellini, starring Alex Dimitriades (Underbelly, Head On), Diana Glenn (Satisfaction, Oyster Farmer) and comedian, Vince Sorrenti as well as writing and directing short comedies, Turn Right (co-written/directed with Tristan Kenyon), Lookout and For Crying Out Loud. Paul co-collaborated with Tristan Kenyon on the script for the short feature, Persons of Interest, starring Yvonne Strahovski (NBC’s Chuck) and Matt Doran (Macbeth, Star Wars, The Matrix).
Paul has also directed a number of plays at various theatres around Sydney. The most recent being both Keeper and 52 Pick Up, two years running, at the Belvoir Downstairs Theatre.
As a teacher, Paul has taught over two thousand students since graduating from NIDA and has run workshops at many acting and film institutions, including NIDA, WAAPA and AFTRS as well as running his own Masterclasses through his business, Acting 4 Camera.
Stuart Stanton
Melbourne

With over 10 years industry experience, Stuart has established himself as a successful writer/director/producer, completing a film degree at RMIT University as well as working for the last 10 years as a professional freelance Camera Operator, Editor, Writer, Director and Producer.
In 2008, Stuart, along with colleague Adam Haywood established ‘Final Focus Australia’, a video production company designed to deliver high-quality cost effective solutions for the corporate market, producing such projects as training videos, website videos, cinema advertising and create videos.
Stuart has taken a create director role at Final Focus, allowing him to not only concentrate on every projects’ direction, feel and style by nurturing the creatives from script to screen, but to work with the client through the entire process.
Alongside his extensive professional work, Stuart has also written and directed multiple short films including one feature, as well as co-producing multiple TV programs.
With his understanding and passion for the film and video medium, Stuart accepts nothing less than the absolute highest quality.
Adam Haywood
Melbourne

Completing a Diploma of Mulitmedia in 2002, Adam has since established himself as a professional Post-Production supervisor, Editor and Motion Graphics/3D artist.
Additionally, over the last 8 years Adam has also been involved in many projects as a Director of Photography and VFX Supervisor/Editor on a number of short films and music videos.
In 2008, Adam, along with colleague Adam Haywood established ‘Final Focus Australia’, a video production company designed to deliver high-quality cost effective solutions for the corporate market, producing such projects as training videos, website videos, cinema advertising and create videos.
Adam has taken a managing director/post-production supervisor role at Final Focus, allowing him to concentrate on the editing and output process of every production, this includes editing, sfx, motion graphics and final output.
With his extremely high standards and his passion for the film and video medium, Adam brings a professional and cutting edge feel to all projects he’s involved in.
